There is a free video excerpt from Jim Murray's private lab tour of the Dynaflux Alternator.
You can see it lighting 2 incandescent bulbs without giving any significant load to the prime mover! That means, the Dynaflux Alternator is able to output electricity without bogging down the motor running it. This is one of the most valuable machines developed in this entire field.

By the way, at the 2015 Energy Science & Technology Conference, John Bedini surprised everyone with a demonstration and talk on one of his self-running motors.
It runs on some 25+ year old D cell batteries in the bottom of the machine that are corroded so bad that it’s held in by tape. When John turns the rotor, it starts to run, turning a propeller and lighting LED’s while charging up its own run battery!
By the end of the presentation, it was running about 25-30% faster than it was from the beginning of the talk. That isn’t because it took that much time to finally get up to speed, but because it actually charged up the input battery higher than where it was when it started. The old corroded battery is essentially acting as a dry cell capacitor.
