WANTED - ELECTRICAL ENGINEER TO DESIGN SIGNAL GENERATOR CIRCUIT

Looking to high a circuit designer for a "work for hire" job designing a signal generator circuit with some variable input options and a digital LCD screen for the Bedini RPX Sideband Generator.

My goal is to boycott China as much as possible and I don't want to order signal generators from them anymore but so far, they have the best option with the best features and prices. When I have to have another RPX batch manufactured, I would like an on-board signal generator on the same circuit board to make it more user friendly and it is possible the retail price could come down but I'm not guaranteeing it. It is already the lowest priced, legitimate Rife Machine in the world - at minimum, I want to make it more user friendly.

The signal generator needs to output a 2 volt sine wave with no offset and be programmable to sweep in linear fashion from 1Hz to 150Khz - programmable with a start and stop frequency and a time variable that it takes to sweep in that range. And, it needs the option to also be able to be set to a fixed frequency. It needs to run from a 5 volt DC source, which will probably be a 7805 voltage regulator powered by a 12v rechargeable battery pack.

This needs to be surface mount and MUST be done with Kicad because that is the only program I use for circuit and pcb files. Being a work for hire, A & P Electronic Media will own the Kicad files and all manufacturing rights to the circuit when complete. If you are interested, reply to this email with a quote for this job in terms of your fees and a timeline. I can give more specifics on the size of the circuit board it needs to be done on and the size of LCD screen dimensions that are acceptable as well as the space available for the user's programmable button controls. I'm also open to bartering with books/vids, RPX Combos as they currently are or future produced ones with the integrated signal generator, conference admission, etc. If this works out well, there are numerous other possible circuit jobs I need done as I literally have an entire catalog of products that are to be put into production immediately.
