There is a lot of information that has been presented on the MWO over the years and unfortunately, most of it is wrong and useless and almost all the MWO's being built are NOT what Lakhovsky was building. Years ago, Borderland, an organization that Peter Lindemann, Eric Dollard and others were associated with is greatly responsible for putting the MWO on the map and without that, the knowledge of it would have disappeared into obscurity. George Lakhovsky, the inventor, had written books about it and even filed for a patent. However, the circuit in the patent is not how the circuit was built in the machines he was making.
