New Video - Eric Dollard & Connor Fisher: TCS Transmitter Bench at EPD Labs

New video just posted. Connor Fischer and Eric Dollard walk through the new TCS transmitter bench setup at EPD Laboratories in Tonopah, Nevada. This is Eric's preferred transmitter for the telluric beacon project — not a modern solid state amplifier, but a purpose-built platform designed for earth transmission.

The site has three things called ground — only one actually is. The telluric transmission coil transmits through a buried water tank (measured 1 ohm — excellent). A second adjacent tank is so electrically coupled it might as well be physically connected. And the power company's neutral is connected to the high voltage neutral. As Eric puts it — ground rods don't really ground anything. They're mostly there for show.

Connor drove six ground rods in a row in a regularly watered garden area, ran conduit and underground burial, and brought it inside to an aluminum bus on the back of the TCS workbench. The bench runs through an isolation transformer — ungrounded systems, Navy type. Eric also puts the power company's signal on the oscilloscope and shows what he calls "gang green energy" — it looks more like a video signal than a sine wave.
