Victor Sagalovsky presented some amazing information, some information that he has never released in other presentations or interviews and we heard it all at the 2022 ESTC.

Deuterium, an isotope of hydrogen is in our water in minute amounts, but nevertheless, it interferes with the mitochondria's ability to create ATP and overall, deuterium is simply incompatible with life. The deuterium gums up the ATP synthase motor, a tiny machine that rotates at 9000 RPM and after each rotation, an ATP molecule is produced - again - deuterium interferes with this process. 

Yes, we have countless of these motors in our cells that rotate at 9000 RPM! The slower it spins (Deuterium slows it down), the faster we age and the less energy we have. 

This presentation is a mind-blowing overview of one of the most important, foundational keys to understand aging and anti-aging processes, which nobody else is really talking about.
